Another Tooth

Haley's second tooth popped through this morning. She is still showing symptoms of more to come, so I don't know if she is going to be one of those kids who gets them all at once or what, but lets hope the pain passes soon! :)

Fathers Day/Susan's 30th Bday Party

Hi Everyone! Happy Fathers Day to all of the daddy's out there reading this, hope you all had a wonderful day! We had a great weekend here in Oxford. Ethan's mom and dad came to town on Friday to celebrate Fathers Day, my 30th birthday, and most importantly just to see Haley! On Saturday, Ethan and I, along with all of our parents, went out to Enid Lake to take the boat out for a ride. We had a wonderful time boating, swimming, catching every little fish in the lake, and just visiting with one another. Aunt Rah had baby sitting duties, and she and Haley had a wonderful day together, although I am sure Rachel could have done without the TWO messy diapers :)

Speaking of dirty diapers, we are fairly sure that Haley is cutting her second tooth, and this one hasn't gone nearly as smoothly as the first. She has been quite a little pistol this weekend, but we just try and remember that it is just a day or two, and she'll be back to her happy little self.

Last night, Ethan had a 30th birthday party for me here at our house, and we had a wonderful time. Both sets of our parents were there, along with some of our closest friends, and we enjoyed eating BBQ and playing a heated game of Catch Phrase. We have yet to determine a winner, as we had to end the game before a true winner could be determined. However, I think all of the women would say we won, while the men might beg to differ! :) Needless to say, we had a great time!

Well, Haley has gone to bed, and I hear the couch calling my name. Hope everyone has a wonderful week, and I will try and keep you posted on how that tooth is coming!

Ethan and I, along with our dear friend and neighbor Meredith, have enbarked on a workout plan called P90X. We started this morning, bright and early at 5:00 A.M. and DID AWESOME! We'll keep you posted, and while I don't plan to post the "before" pictures just yet, depending on how well the "after" turn out, I might post them!

Haley's First TOOTH!

I didn't want to show off my tooth!

See it now! Just poking through, but it'll be a snaggle in no time!

As you can tell by the title, Haley's first tooth broke through her gums today. We had a feeling this was coming, as she has been chewing on her hands now for some time, but with renewed intent these past couple of days. She has handled it rather well, and has continued to sleep well. Lets hope that keeps up. Y'all have a great night!

Hey everyone! Didn't do so well posting this week, but here are a few cute pictures of Haley yesterday in her sundress and hat. We had a great week, flew by as most of them do, but it was a good one.

Friday, Haley spent the morning with her Grammy, and the afternoon with Meredith and Myla. Be sure to click on The Meurriers page on the top of this page, and you'll see some pictures of Haley and Myla playing. Miss Meredith got some really good pictures of Haley as well, so we'll be sure and upload them to the blog soon.

Saturday, we just spent the day around the house, and Aunt Rah Rah and Uncle JJ came over for dinner. We have a busy week this coming week, and on Friday, Memaw and Pepaw will be here to visit, celebrate Fathers Day, and my 30th birthday, which is only 10 days away!

Hope everyone is doing well. Haley is sitting in my lap as I type this, and clearly ready to go to take her morning nap. Ethan and I are doing house work and yard work today, what fun!

Hey All! We took the boat out on Saturday for her maiden voyage, and all went very well! The boat ran great, and Haley did wonderfully. We took her pack and play on with us, and after riding for a bit, she laid down and napped, just like we were at home. It was wonderful! She seemed to enjoy herself, and was quite the little trooper. We didn't get her in the water, but we think as she gets older she will surely enjoy it.

The rest of our weekend has been good, we went out with some friends last night while Grammy and Pappaw had Haley time :) It was fun, but we were happy to see our little sweetie this morning. Hope everyone had a great weekend, and hopefully we'll have some teeth to show off soon, as we feel sure Haley has some on the way. Hope you all have a great week!

WHAT???

Hey Everyone, hope everyone had a great weekend. Our next door neighbors Myla and Meredith came over Saturday morning to play. It was a great time, as we always enjoy thier visit. Myla played very well with Haley, and Meredith and I can't believe that Myla was the age Haley is now, when Haley was born. Time flies. We enjoyed our visit, and are so thankful to have such wonderful neighbors as the Meurriers :)
