Haley Tummy Time
In this video Haley is 7 months 17 days old
Haley hasn't much cared to be on her stomach since the day she was born. She loves to kick around on her back, and look at things around her sitting up. We would like for her to crawl someday, so we practice putting her on her stomach. You can see how much she loves it :)

We had a great weekend this weekend. Ethan was off both Saturday and Sunday so we got to spend some great time together. Saturday, Haley spent the day with our good friends Toni and Stefano, while Ethan and I went out on the boat with Rachel, Kimberly, Jody, Lori and Adam. We met another boat full of folks out there, and had a great time in the sun!
Saturday night, we got a babysitter for Haley, a sweet girl named Hannah who has kept her before, and we met all of our boating friends, along with Toni, Stefano, and her son Riley, and had a fun dinner at the Habatci Resturant here in town.
Today, Ethan, Haley and I took off for Tupelo right after her morning nap. We had lunch at Logan's Roadhouse, where Haley sat in her high chair and acted like an angel (after we fed her, poor thing was probably starving to death!). She sat and played while Ethan and I ate, and then survived a whirl wind shopping trip to Old Navy and Sams Club.
We made it home and spent the rest of the day trying to relax, but the grass called, so Ethan got out and cut it!
I am going to put some pictures in of Haley today! Hope you enjoy!

Well most of the time....but if you look real hard you can see her bottom two teeth! She has 3 on top, but won't show them off just yet :)

Some Pictures
In these pictures Haley is 7 months and 8 days old
Last Saturday, we heard Haley stirring after her nap, and went in to find her like this....
Obviously she had reached for something and rolled from her back to her belly, her new found trick.
It didn't take her long to start looking around and trying to figure out just how she ended up this way! :)
We also put her little hair in a ponytail on top of her head, with a cute bow that our friend Elaine made for us. We sure hope that by the time Ole Miss Football starts, we have some more hair to put in this bow :)
Thanks for stopping by, I weighed Haley tonight, and at 7 months 14 days she weighs 20lbs!!! She really is growing up way too fast, but she is such a joy, and we are so thankful to have her in our lives!

This is the dress Haley wore for the 4th of July. I put her back in it becuase I was afraid she might grow out of it (she has) and I wanted to get a picture. She sat very nicely so Mommy could play "dress up" :)

Long Over Due
In this post Haley is 7 months and 14 days old.
So I don't have any pictures to post, but I do need to update on how Miss Haley is.
She has been growing like a weed :) and changes every day. She has 5 teeth now, and is quite the "talker". We're not quite sure what she is saying, but she gets pretty serious!
Lets see, last week we had a pretty uneventful week, but at the end of the week, Ethan and I decided to go see Batman, and Haley spent the night with Grammy and Pappaw. She has learned to dance from using her Karaoke Machine that has been on loan from Myla. She LOVES that thing. She sits in front of it, and bangs on the buttons, and when she really gets excited, she starts to dance. She moves and wiggles, and has a grand Ole time. Last Friday when she spent the night with Grammy and Pappaw, she apparently told Pappaw some GREAT stories, and showed him some of her new dance moves. ALSO, she did something exciting for them that she hadn't done before. She FINALLY rolled from her back to her stomach! She is figuring out that in order to get to things that she wants, she is going to have to be on her belly, so she is slowly but surely figuring that out.
Haley had a rough start to this week, as her 5th tooth was breaking through the surface of her gums. She hasn't really complained a lot with her other teeth, but this fifth one must have been a painful on. She spent most of the day Monday grunting and groaning, but by the time she got up Tuesday, the corner was through, and she was in a better mood!
This weekend Haley is going to spend the day with our dear friend Toni. She is very excited to keep Haley, and we sure hope she is still happy when we pick her up. Ethan and I are taking the boat out with some friends, and although we would love to take her, it is just too hot to have a baby out on the water.
Well, I think that is about all there is. Haley is wearing 9-12 month clothes, and just started in a size 4 shoe. She really is such a neat kid, and we are so thankful to have her in our lives. I'll try and get some pictures this weekend, and update the blog. Hope everyone is well. Thanks for reading!
